We’ve created the FinWELL Learning Academy for all employees to access at various stages along life’s financial journey.

A simple five step plan starts with employees being able to measure their financial fitness with our FinWELL Money Scores and then establish key areas of focus and personal goals with our FinWELL PAWA Plan dependant on their stage of life and family situation.
They can then access goal-based, educational content around the twelve most common money related challenges we’ve identified with three years of data.

We all learn in different ways so we’ve created and curated goal-based educational content for both the neurotypical and the neurodiverse.
