We’ve learn’t that it’s important to combine digital technology and a human training approach especially if you have both office and non-desk based workers.

We’ve created the FinWELL Academy Hub that all employees can access along life’s financial journey.

measuring financial fitness…

A simple five step plan starts with employees being able to measure their financial fitness with our FinWELL MoneyScores and then establish areas of interest and personal goals with our FinWELL PAWA Plan dependant on their stage of life and family situation.

They can then access goal-based educational content around the twelve most common money related challenges we’ve identified with three years of data.

Employees can then feel empowered to take action and achieve their FinWELL Goals.

We all learn in different ways so we’ve created and curated goal-based educational content for both the neurotypical and the neurodiverse.

This includes articles, step-by-step guides, videos and podcasts.

Employees can also then attend our programme of FinWELL Masterclasses covering the most popular money related topics and themes from money mindset and budgeting to savings, investing, pensions and retirement planning.

Employees can also then book a private and confidential 1-1 session with a FinWELL Specialist.

This gives them a chance to ask questions around their own FinWELL MoneyScore & PAWA Plan and be signposted to relevant resources and guided back to your existing employee benefits.
