Training overview

cpd certified FinWELL champion training

In collaboration with leading employers and organisations, we have developed our flagship CPD certified, financial wellbeing training that is now being rolled out at workplaces across multiple sectors.

Key features include:

✅ Ideal for leaders, managers, mental health first aiders, wellbeing champions and key employees

✅ Builds the skills and confidence to spot the signs of poor financial wellbeing, have empathetic conversations around money and effectively signpost colleagues to relevant resources and existing employee benefits

✅ 2.5 hour group workshop and 30 mins e-learning

✅ Launched in January 2024 and CPD Certified

✅ Links financial wellbeing, mental health and suicide prevention

✅ Working with MHFA England, Suicide First Aid and other leading training providers as part of the Financial Wellbeing Month campaign

✅ Includes an exercise for attendees to measure their own financial wellbeing and then establish and achieve personal goals to ‘put their own oxygen mask on first’ before helping others

✅ Includes 12 months membership to our FinWELL Learning Academy with access to 12+ live online workshops, goal-based educational content, 1-1 session, video library, 24/7 Q&A and other resources

✅ Train the trainer option and opportunity to become a FinWELL Champion Instructor

The RRP is £245 + vat per person with competitive pricing on volume bookings and a cost-effective train the trainer option.

  • Yes.

    We were approached by a number of Trainers with experience in Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and other areas of wellbeing and have since created our train the trainer program and growing network of FinWELL Instructors.

    This gives you a cost-effective way to roll this training out across your your company.

    It also offers an opportunity for the best trainers to join our FinWELL Instructor Community.

  • If you have less than six people to train then they are welcome to join our monthly cohorts.

    Alternatively, we can arrange bespoke cohorts for your company with a discount when booking ten places or more.

  • Our in-house FinWELL Trainers have relevant qualifications and extensive personal lived experience with financial wellbeing and mental health.

    Our Head of Training Justine has 25+ years experience within banking and finance having held multiple training and management roles. Justine is also a Mental Health First Aider, Financial Literacy Champion and MaPS MoneyGuider via the Governments Money & Pension Service.

    All associate FinWELL Instructor Partners have a minimum of 5 years training experience and are passionate about linking financial wellbeing and mental health.

    They have also completed our FinWELL Champion Training themselves and have then gone on to complete our FinWELL Instructor Training.

  • FinWELL Champions are at the heart of our company and get access to all our ongoing learning, training and support.

    This includes access to our FinWELL community and support groups, 12 months FinWELL Membership with 12+ live online workshops, access to educational content and a complimentary 1-1 session.

    We also have a quarterly online catch up for FinWELL Champions to connect, learn and share their experiences and continuously improve the support offered.
