Financial pressures are now the biggest cause of stress and anxiety for employees.
Leading employers are up-skilling key employees, leaders, managers, mental health advocates and wellbeing champions so they can also support colleagues when it comes to financial fitness.
We have trained official CPD Certified FinWELL Champions at UK and Global Employers including the likes of:
Sky, Hays, DHL, Devon, Cornwall & Dorset Police, NHS, Bovis, Amazon, Unipart, UPP, University of Birmingham, Sutton & Richmond Council to name a few.
We were asked by our clients to design some bespoke training to upskill these internal groups as-well as their leadership and management teams and launched this in January 2024.
Our clients wanted the following:
Training designed to build skills and confidence to spot the signs, have empathetic conversations and effectively signpost
Include a way for learners to measure and improve their own financial wellbeing in order to ‘put their own oxygen mask on first’
Include group learning available online or in-person (2.5 hours)
Include online e-learning to demonstrate understanding (30 mins)

Accredited with high levels of learning and standards
Compliments and drives engagement to existing employee benefits, resources and providers

Yes.
We were approached by a number of Trainers with experience in Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and other areas of wellbeing and have since created our train the trainer program and growing network of FinWELL Instructors.
This gives you a cost-effective way to roll this training out across your your company.
It also offers an opportunity for the best trainers to join our FinWELL Instructor Community.

If you have less than six people to train then they are welcome to join our monthly cohorts.
Alternatively, we can arrange bespoke cohorts for your company with a discount when booking ten places or more.

Our in-house FinWELL Trainers have relevant qualifications and extensive personal lived experience with financial wellbeing and mental health.
Our Head of Training Justine has 25+ years experience within banking and finance having held multiple training and management roles. Justine is also a Mental Health First Aider, Financial Literacy Champion and MaPS MoneyGuider via the Governments Money & Pension Service.
All associate FinWELL Instructor Partners have a minimum of 5 years training experience and are passionate about linking financial wellbeing and mental health.
They have also completed our FinWELL Champion Training themselves and have then gone on to complete our FinWELL Instructor Training.

FinWELL Champions are at the heart of our company and get access to all our ongoing learning, training and support.
This includes access to our FinWELL community and support groups, 12 months FinWELL Membership with 12+ live online workshops, access to educational content and a complimentary 1-1 session.
We also have a quarterly online catch up for FinWELL Champions to connect, learn and share their experiences and continuously improve the support offered.
