What’s the OPPORTUNITY?

As an award-winning training provider, we’re delighted to have partnered with Mental Health First Aid England, Suicide First Aid and R;pple Suicide Prevention Charity for the #FinancialWellbeingMonth campaign.

The aim of the campaign is to link and improve financial wellbeing, mental health and suicide prevention for all workplaces.

We’re looking for the best trainers to join our team and growing community to deliver FinWELL Training alongside your existing support around mental health and suicide prevention helping us build a community of FinWELL Champions®️ in all workplaces.

What’s the Process, Cost and Earning Potential?

The first step is to complete our CPD Certified FinWELL Champion®️ Training yourself so you can experience our training and decide if you’d like to go on to deliver it yourself.

This is three hours online made up of a 2.5 hour group workshop and then two short e-learning modules.

The cost for this is £245 + vat and you can attend one of our monthly cohorts.


This includes:

  • CPD Certification

  • FinWELL Champion Academy Membership for 12 months with access to

    • All goal based educational content including step-by-step guides, video library and podcasts

    • Our programme of live online workshops and webinars

    • Complimentary 1-1 FinWELL Guidance Session

    • Invitation to join the FinWELL Champion®️ Community Groups

    • Quarterly ‘FinWELL Champion & Instructor Assemble’ online catch ups

You then have the option to be considered to become an Instructor Partner and deliver FinWELL Training yourself.

This costs an additional £245 + vat and includes a 60 minute 1-1 training session to get comfortable with our materials, processes and standards and then a supported session with our Head of Training.


This includes:

  • All the benefits of becoming a FinWELL Champion®️

  • Ongoing training and support

  • Invitation to quarterly Instructor Catch Ups online to connect with other instructors, share best practice and support each other

  • Marketing and business development support

We currently offer a discounted rate if Champion and Instructor Training are purchased together.

Instructors can earn £2,450 for delivering a FinWELL Champion cohort (2.5 hours online or in-person) of 20 attendees and also generate an income from delivering FinWELL Advocate Awareness Training or introducing FinWELL’s other services.

Alternatively you can simply refer clients to our FinWELL Team and generate an additional income until you are ready to consider delivering the training yourself.

FAQs

  • FinWELL, MHFA England and SFA are collaborating on the #FinanciaWellbeingMonth campaign to link financial wellbeing, mental health and suicide prevention.

    MHFA & SFA Instructors are invited to attend a complimentary place on our Financial Health Awareness (Advocate) Training, then consider a discounted rate on our official CPD Certified FinWELL Champion®️ Training and Membership.

    You can then be considered to join our growing community of official FinWELL Instructors.

    Alternatively you can simply refer clients to our FinWELL Team and generate an additional income until you are ready to consider delivering the training yourself.

    Instructors can earn up to 50% of the fees generated which could be £1,800+ for delivering a 2.5 hour FinWELL Champion cohort of 15 attendees. They can also generate an income from delivering FinWELL Advocate Awareness Training and by introducing FinWELL’s other services.

    This includes access to our FinWELL community and support groups, 12 months FinWELL Membership with 12+ live online workshops, access to educational content and a complimentary 1-1 session.

    We have quarterly online catch-up meetings for Instructors and also help with business development support.

    We are looking for the best possible trainers with experience in delivering mental health, suicide prevention and other wellbeing related content.

    Having attended our FinWELL Champion®️Training, you will become familiar with the training you will initially deliver.

    Similar to mental health training, we focus on spotting the signs of poor financial wellbeing, how to have empathetic conversations and effective signposting.

    There will be opportunities to learn more and deliver additional content over time.
