WHAT ARE 1-1 SESSIONS ALL ABOUT?

1-1 Financial Wellbeing Sessions are becoming a valuable employee benefit and can be part of a diverse and inclusive financial wellbeing strategy that is data driven, personalised and measurable.

​Your employees will be at very different stages of life and have a range of needs and learning styles. Having the opportunity to speak to a FinWELL Specialist can give them the confidence and reassurance to feel empowered and take the next step on their financial wellbeing journey.

They can ask questions around their areas of focus and be guided and signposted to relevant resources while also helping to achieve any FinWELL Goals they have set themselves.

Although FinWELL Specialists have a combination of industry experience and relevant qualifications, they do not sell, recommend, promote or endorse any regulated products, services or providers.

Our experience has shown that having access to 1-1 Financial Guidance sessions as part of a wider holistic programme with educational content and group workshops can offer the perfect balance.
