This is alongside Mental Health First Aid England and the R;pple Suicide Prevention Charity as-well as key supporters including the Lighthouse Charity and Construction Health and Wellbeing.

Having piloted our services on various major projects, we know how to maximise impact and also track progress.


In-Person and Project Based

It’s vital to get on site and offer in-person support as part of a wider programme.

Our site visits can include a toolbox talk, group workshops, 1-1 sessions and also champion training for leaders and managers.

It’s also important to get the whole project involved with buy-in from the client and main contractors then to the whole supply chain.

Online Learning, 1-1 Support and Leadership Training

The FinWELL Learning Academy gives all construction workers a way to measure their own financial wellbeing, choose FinWELL Goals and then take action with a personalised plan.

They can then access educational content including video, guides and podcasts, attend live workshops or watch recordings on their own or with their partners and family.

They can arrange a 1-1 session with one of our FinWELL Specialists and managers, leaders and mental health first aiders can also complete CPD Certified FinWELL Champion Training to be able to spot the signs or poor financial health, have empathetic conversations and effectively signpost to existing benefits and relevant resources.
