The FinWELL JCOP Commitment brings together construction clients, developers, principal contractors and supply-chain partners to improve financial health and wellbeing across construction and major infrastructure projects.

By working together, we can help reduce money-related stress, improve workforce wellbeing and create a more supportive, productive and resilient construction industry.

How does the commitment work?

Participating organisations make a commitment to improving financial health and wellbeing through practical education, accessible tools and ongoing support.

Through FinWELL, projects can access:

• Measure: Understand financial health and wellbeing through the FinWELL Money Score.

• Support: Provide financial education, workshops, digital learning and confidential 1-1 guidance.

• Empower: Train FinWELL Money Champions across project teams and supply chains.

• Improve: Track engagement, progress and outcomes through project-specific reporting.

Recognising committed clients and contractors

Organisations taking part can be recognised through our annual JCOP Committed Client and JCOP Committed Contractor badges.

Each participating project will have the opportunity to measure and report its progress annually, helping us understand what works, demonstrate improvements and share best practice across the industry.

Over time, anonymised and aggregated data will help us benchmark financial health and wellbeing across participating projects.

Our Social Value Commitment

Creating a positive impact beyond the project itself.

We believe major construction and infrastructure projects should leave a lasting positive legacy for their people and communities.

Our JCOP Social Value Commitment brings together participating organisations and industry-specific charities such as the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, Mates In Mind and others, to help create additional opportunities for financial education, training and wellbeing support.

Together, we aim to extend support to those who need it most, including apprentices, early careers professionals, subcontractors, vulnerable workers and local communities.

This creates opportunities for participating organisations to demonstrate meaningful social value alongside their workforce wellbeing commitments.
