Financial Education & Wellbeing Training offered to 50,000 UK Apprentices…

The FinWELL Team are delighted to announce our partnership with the Association of Apprentices (AoA).

This means that our CPD Financial Education & Wellbeing Training can be offered as a member benefit to all AoA’s Apprentice Members empowering them to healthier relationships with money throughout their careers.

With more than 50,000 members the AoA’s mission is to support the UK’s hugely talented community of almost one million apprentices be their best. Their work is also led by apprentices and provides the social and broader elements often missing from apprenticeship programmes, with access to advice and guidance which supports life-long career development, and a lifetime of professional networks.

We caught up with AoA Community Manager, Rachel Kayes who shared…

“We are delighted to welcome FinWELL Training as a contributor to the Association of Apprentices. Their expertise in financial wellbeing will provide valuable support to our members, helping apprentices build confidence and security for the future.’’

FinWELL are now rolling out their CPD Financial Education & Wellbeing Training for Apprentices, Young Adults and Early Careers having successfully piloted it with learners from the likes of Aston Martin, University of Birmingham, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Devon, Cornwall & Dorset Police, Lloyds Banking Group, Skanska, Sir Robert McAlpine and many more.

FinWELL are also creating a voluntary advisory panel bringing together apprentices, employer representatives and specialist consultants to share their experience and best practice to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained with the first member being confirmed as Alexia Williams who is a Chartered Engineer and apprentice working at Rolls Royce.
