Ryan is the founder of FinWELL and is also a proud mental health first aider, ambassador and advisory board member of the R;pple Suicide Prevention Charity.
He co-founded the not-for-profit, Let’s Improve Working Wellbeing CIC and is part of the Global Wellbeing Institute Leadership Team.
Ryan is also a former professional football player and shares his personal lives experience and challenges around money and mental health for men.

Ross is an ex-military, mental health, suicide prevention and neurodiversity trainer.
He is extremely passionate about helping others and is happy to share both his personal lived experience and extensive expertise to be a catalyst for positive change.
