FinWELL’s Head of Training - Justine Piercy

FinWELL’s exciting growth is yet again demonstrated with news of our partnership with HM Land Registry!

Head of Training at FinWELL shared, “It’s so encouraging to see more and more employers recognising the need to support their teams with financial education and wellbeing and also the intrinsic links to mental health. There has been a lot of great work around mental health training and support and it’s brilliant to see our financial education and wellbeing training added to up-skill key employees, managers, leaders, champions and mental health first aiders to help colleagues internally.”

We also caught up with Maria Cocking in HM Land Registry’s HR, Health & Wellbeing Lead who told us…

“Financial Education and Wellbeing is so important for our employees because it is vital for their stability and peace of mind. By helping them confidently manage their finances, we reduce stress and anxiety related to financial issues.

We’re delighted to be starting by implementing FinWELL’s Champion®️ and Leadership training to upskill key employees, managers and mental health first aiders. They will then be able to support colleagues internally by spotting the signs of poor financial wellbeing, having empathetic conversations and also effectively signposting to internal benefits and other relevant resources.

HM Land Registry is pleased to be partnering with FinWELL because by ensuring financial wellbeing allows employees to focus better on their work, boosting productivity and engagement. It provides support, reduces the stigma around discussing financial difficulties, and helps employees maximise their money, contributing to a happier and more motivated workforce.”
