What’s involved?

We have a team of qualified and experienced FinWELL Specialist who are available to book a 30 minute 1-1 Session with online at a convenient time for you.

You won’t be asked any personal or sensitive questions and you won’t be sold any products or given any specific financial advice.

This is all about helping you improve your knowledge, understanding and confidence through education and then being signposted to relevant resources so you can feel empowered to take the next step for yourself.

We would like to think that you’ll feel a lot more confident and be able to take action with your FinWELL Goals after just one session.

If you need another session or would like to book one in to keep yourself accountable then that’s fine too!

What happens now?

Your 1-1 Session request will come through to our team and you’ll be matched up with the most suitable FinWELL Specialist based on your needs and availability.

They will then email you with a link to their calendar so you can choose a date and time that is convenient for you.

Once they have completed the session they will email you with a summary of the discussion and some things to consider together with additional links and resources.

You will also have the opportunity to share your anonymous feedback so we can keep standards high.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend your session once booked then please give your FinWELL Specialist 24 hours notice otherwise your company will still be charged as per our terms and conditions.

  • No.

    FinWELL gives you access to financial education, training, guidance and support in a private, confidential anonymous way.

    We will not share any information from your 1-1 session(s) and it is just between you and your FinWELL Specialist.

  • FinWELL Specialists have a unique combination of industry qualifications and personal lived experience.

    Some of our specialists may have worked within the financial services sector with specific qualifications.

    They will all have been through our FinWELL Awareness and CPD Certified Champion Training so that they can answer your money related questions and help you achieve your personal FinWELL goals and challenges.

    It’s important to know that they will not be selling, promoting, endorsing or recommending any regulated products, services or providers and offer education and guidance with the ability to signpost to relevant resources and existing employee benefits.

  • No.

    Our clients (your employer) wanted a training, education, guidance and support service that wasn’t linked to products and didn’t require us to sell products to make money.

    We have qualified and experienced people in our team but we do not promote, endorse or recommend any regulated products, providers or services.

    This enables us to empower you to build your own knowledge, understanding and confidence to make your own decisions and choose your own next steps.

    We’re happy to signpost you to relevant resource and will have a general understanding of your employee benefits and the process should you require financial advice but we do not provide it.

    Some people want to talk to our team about a specific issue, challenge or concern while others simply want to ensure what they are doing is the right thing.

    The same topics and themes seem to come up time and time again which is why we have created our twelve FinWELL Challenges to help them feel empowered to achieve them.

    This could be dealing with debt or getting better to budgeting through to building financial resilience, getting the most out of employee benefits or getting to grips with pensions.

    We have also developed additional challenges along life’s financial journey life such as parenting, neurodiversity, menopause, divorce, bereavement and many more.

    FinWELL Specialists are trained to take an empathetic and non judgemental approach empowering employees with the knowledge, understanding and confidence to take the next step for themselves.

    This can then include effective signposting to relevant resources and existing employee benefits.
