IT ALL STARTED WHEN A CLIENT GAVE US A CHALLENGE…
“Can you create something to get people interested, engaged and even excited about financial wellbeing?”
Challenge accepted.
A few brain storming sessions, some late nights and too much time spent on canva and we had it.
How about a small booklet that looks like a £20 note (not so much an original idea!) that could utilise QR code technology and take people to various videos sharing hints and tips around a range of money related topics and themes?
How about if we also use this to encourage employees to sign up with our new FinWELL Learning Academy platform being rolled out to entire workforces?

How is this being used?
There’s now a digital version being emailed out to staff and officers at Devon, Cornwall & Dorset Police and a printed version that can be shared in-person.
We think this perfectly demonstrates the constant innovation needed to get engagement with any wellbeing or benefit related initiatives.
