    We track what content is being viewed but not by who so we can provide more of what is working and having a positive impact to help you achieve your FinWELL Goals.

    We may share aggregated and anonymised data with your employer to help them offer personalised support for you and your coleagues but they will never know any of your scores, areas of interest or activity.

  • It’s your FinWELL Journey so feel free to dive straight in and explore all the content and tools available.

    We would however suggest that you complete your FinWELL Money Score and Action Plan first to measure your financial wellbeing and establish your areas of focus and FinWELL Goals.

    You can then access content that’s relevant to you in a way that you like to learn .

    You can then consider attending one of our group workshops or booking a 1-1 session if that’s available.

    Our clients (your employer) wanted a training, education, guidance and support service that wasn’t linked to products and didn’t require us to sell products to make money.

    We have qualified and experienced people in our team but we do not promote, endorse or recommend any regulated products, providers or services.

    This enables us to empower you to build your own knowledge, understanding and confidence to make your own decisions and choose your own next steps.

    We’re happy to signpost you to relevant resource and will have a general understanding of your employee benefits and the process should you require financial advice but we do not provide it.

    The real magic happens when you get involved with our human based group workshops, 1-1 sessions and leadership training.

  • From humble beginnings in 2022, we have grown to become an award winning training provider specialising in financial education and wellbeing.

    We have worked with 100+ employers of all sizes and sectors globally including the likes of Hays, Warner Bros Discovery, Sky, Brewdog, Asos, Anglian Water, Hornby, Network Rail, DHL, Burberry, NHS, Devon, Cornwall and Dorset Police, Local Government Association (LGA) and many more.

    We’re passionate about empowering you and your colleagues to a healthier relationship with money and better mental health too.

    We also created the #FinancialWellbeingMonth campaign linking money, mental health and suicide prevention for all workplaces in collaboration with Mental Health First Aid England and the R;pple Suicide Prevention Charity.

    We now have a growing network of Workplace FinWELL Champions who we have trained and a team of Instructors on a global basis.
